About ITCP:

The tasks an ITCP is expected to perform include: Installing newly purchased products, Troubleshooting system problems, Configuring peripherals such as printers, scanners and network devices

Key Competencies:

  • Well-versed with company & products and recurring problems reported Familiar with basic   electronics of system hardware
  • Knowledge of hardware maintenance  
  • Familiar with functions of electrical and mechanical parts/modules
  • Adept in how to communicate with customers in order to put them at ease
  • Familiar with quality standards to be followed
  • Well-versed with behavioural aspects and etiquette to be followed at customer's premises
  •  Knowledge about precautions to be taken while handling field calls and dealing with customers
