In an operations position, a courier executive is in charge of a number of duties pertaining to the smooth operation of a courier service, such as data management, customer support, and sales initiatives. They assist with customs clearances, analyse reports, input data into ERP systems, and liaise with other departments. They could also be involved in the courier service's institutional and retail sales.
Eligibility:10th grade pass with 2 Years of experience relevant experience in courier industry
Duration:3 months (500 hours)
